Hey there Calisus fans! It's been an interesting past month and a half! After a short run through Maryland down through Arbutus and a quick shot to Syracuse for the NY State Fair, we've been sitting back taking care of business and booking, as well as writing new material! That's right! New material! We're very excited about it. As of now, we're not planning on hitting the studio for a bit. There's still plenty of rock that needs to be fed to those live concert goes out there! And we intend to give it to them! But that doesn't mean you can't hear the new tunes! We'll be playing them at our shows!

     Hey there Calisus fans! More big news this week! Calisus has been invited to play the New York State Fair in Syracuse, New York! We are very excited to come rock out for all our up-state New York fans! We've been getting messages and e-mails from people asking us when we'd be up there this year, and well, there it is!


     Calisus live @ the New York State Fair! NY State Fair runs from 8/21-8/31 and features Calisus along with Daughtry, The Goo Goo Dolls, ZZ Top, Boston, Styx, Gavin DeGraw, Journey, Heart, Def Leppard, Ted Nugent, Brooks & Dunn, and Taylor Swift. Calisus plays on Friday, August 29th, at 9pm.

      Hey there Calisus fans! Guess what! A show has been added for later this week! Fools & Horses are playing this Friday (8/22) at Fish Head Cantina in Arbutus, MD (right outside of Baltimore), and we're going to rock out with them! We'll be playing at 9:30, it's a small cover to get in, and it's an ALL AGES SHOW! So let's go rock out this Friday night! We know you'll all love Fools & Horses too!



       Speaking of other bands, our good friends Black Stone Cherry released their second studio album today entitled "Folklore & Superstition". Now we got the chance to hear this album back in May, and we've been itching for it to come out to the public! This is bound to be an impact record and we're so excited for them! We know how hard they've worked on the album, how much blood, sweat, tears, and soul went into it, and they are stellar musicians who deserve all the success in the world! So head on over to the Black Stone Cherry myspace to hear their new single "Blind Man", and seriously pick up a copy of this record! It will rock your mind!
